One-time work
If your books are behind or need cleanup before monthly service begins, we first review the records and provide a written one-time quote. Pricing depends on the number of months behind, transaction volume, number of accounts, missing records, duplicates, and overall condition.
First 3 qualified clients
Launch plans are intended for one low-complexity business entity using QuickBooks Online, primarily in CAD, with reasonably current records and no complex inventory, multi-currency, multi-entity structure, or specialized job-costing requirements. If monthly volume or complexity consistently exceeds the selected plan, we will discuss moving to the appropriate tier before changing the recurring price.
Infinity Ledger currently provides bookkeeping, reconciliation, records maintenance, and bookkeeping-status support. Tax preparation, tax advisory, assurance, professional accounting advice, forecasting, controller/CFO services, and other regulated accounting services are not offered through this independent bookkeeping service.
The initial service is QuickBooks Online focused. Supporting tools are selected based on client needs and agreed scope.
About Infinity Ledger
Infinity Ledger is built around a simple idea: business owners need bookkeeping that stays current, reconciled, organized, and ready when their accountant needs it.
Founder-led
Infinity Ledger was founded by Aizad Ahmad, an accounting professional with experience across full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and month-end processes.
The business was created to help small-business owners keep their records organized, reconciled, and consistently maintained without having to manage every bookkeeping detail themselves.
The immediate service is focused on reliable bookkeeping and reconciliation. Broader accounting, advisory, tax, and controller services are outside the current independent service scope.
We review the business, software, transaction volume, number of accounts, record condition, and bookkeeping needs.
We establish access, review existing bookkeeping records and source documents, and identify missing or duplicated records requiring cleanup.
We maintain the books, reconcile accounts, follow up on missing information, and provide a clear bookkeeping status summary.
The service is designed to be accurate, transparent, useful, and honest about scope.
Reliable records and documented review before speed or automation.
Clients should understand what is complete, preliminary, missing, or awaiting approval.
Reports should explain what matters rather than hide behind accounting jargon.
Important financial decisions remain reviewable and controlled by the business owner.

No cleanup work begins until you approve the scope and price.
Occasional small fluctuations are expected. If your monthly transaction volume, account count, or bookkeeping complexity consistently exceeds the selected plan, we will discuss moving to the appropriate tier before changing your recurring price.
